There are several ways to adquire the italian nationality, the one that we work with is the judicial way and that means that the Italian Court House will issue a  judgment granting recognition of the Applicant's Italian citizenship. The judicial process is the only possible way for the descendants of Italians who are of the 1948 maternal law and the Trentines, however all other descendants may apply for Italian citizenship.
